I ordered a pair of sneakers in store to shop at home on sept 22nd after not hearing back regarding my order shipping I contacted them via phone. The CS rep told me my order was cancelled and they would refund my money in 15 BUSINESS DAYS!!

I said why so long, I paid you the day I bought the sneakers but didn’t receive the order? How can you charge me something I didn’t receive? I asked her why famous footwear doesn’t let their customers know if your order is cancelled you will need to wait 15 BUSINESS DAYS to receive a refund via mail.. she said we don’t need to , it’s not our policy..

i will never shop there again.. they are crooks!!!!
